Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services.. Also not included are Domain Registration, Full Dedicated services. No refunds are available after 45 days without both parties in agreement. Any request for cancellation must be received via the contact form or a support ticket with the domain name and the last four of the card used for the payment. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted. A formal contact will include the last four numbers of your credit card, the domain name, and your request. Refunds are only done for credit card and Paypal purchases. Money orders, checks, western union, cash, and any other form of payment done with anything other then a credit card and Paypal is refundable.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by DWHS Web Hosting for violating our Terms Of Service do not qualify for the 45-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming or phishing, you will not be given a refund.

Please allow 4-11 business days for refunds per the banks time needed to process the exchange. Additional processing fees apply for T/T refunds.
